1959, Linse
'Careless Love' ( Jack Linse, R. 1958) Seedling B.W.-4. Arilbred, 36" (91 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards pale lemon; Falls greenish yellow, blue-violet area in center; Indian yellow beard, stigmatic lip pale violet. 'Butterfly Wings' X unknown. Easy Breeze 1959. Honorable Mention 1961. 1961.
NOTE: This iris has not been accepted as an arilbred by the Aril Society International because it does not exhibit the aril characteristics necessary for ASI acceptance.
